Primer review: Nivea MENS post shave balm as a primer.

You're probably wondering why you would use this as a primer if you have heard it for the first time.
I've seen this used by xxSarahNicolexx and NikkieTutorials on YouTube.
The reason why you would use this or what xxSarahNicolexx and Nikkie  Tutorials says so is because of the active ingredient glycerin. It is also called and known as glycerol or glycerine, glycerin.

Glycerin is present in all natural lipids which is fats, whether animal or vegetable. It can be derived by natural substances, with hydrolysis of fats and additionally, fermentation of sugars. It also can be synthetically manufactured.
Glycerin is found on the skin naturally because it's a skin repairing agent. It can help maintain the outer barrier and prevent dryness, but pure glycerin which has 100% concentration can dry skin badly. The reason why this would work overall is because it gets absorbed into skin and because it is a protective layer and layer on top it can be holding the foundation which is also the same consistency. It wouldn't work on every foundation but most foundations are water based like this one.

Make sure if you're using a silicon based primer or moisturiser as a primer to you a silicon based foundation for a better look because like mix well together and don't get patchy.
I live in Australia and this costs around $11.49.
Overall I rate it a 5/5! It's pretty good and you can get it on sale for cheaper and it's way more affordable then a lot of primers. You can also see other mosturiser ingredients and if it's in the top 3 or 5(glycerin) then you can also use that one as well.

REVIEW: ELF LIP EXFOLIATER

Review on the ELF lip exfoliater!
Okay first off this is in a lipstick tube. It has a really good packaging(like the nars ones and it does get dirt attached to it), but might not be to sanitary to keep using. If you decide to actually rub it off with a tissue(to remove the scrubed parts on the lipstick) it gets stuck so be careful. It actually does a really good job in exfoliating though.
Anyway! I'll get to the pros and cons.
Pros:
- exfoliates really well.
- nice packaging(although not sanitary).
- leaves lips smooth.
- not expensive($8 AUD).

Cons:
- not sanitary to keep using because you can't run the excess stuff on a tissue or wipe beachside it gets stuck(however you can rub it on the back of your hand to get it off but might leave it irritated and pink-hence why I wouldn't recommend).
Overall, I rate it a 3/5.

It's $8 AUD, retail price.
Comment below if you have used it and what you think of it?

*Is it worth it do you think?
I think it's not really worth it even though it's inexpensive. You can use other lipbalms that do something similar but it's a nice one in a tube like this to carry during the day instead of applying with fingers all the time.
